Articles 4, 11, 11-1, 17, 20 and 25 of this Act are amended and promulgated by Presidential Order Hua-Tsung (1)-Yi-Tzu No.09800125141 on May 20, 2009, and enacted six months after the date of promulgation (reference the letter issued by the Ministry of Justice Fa-Jian-Tzu No. 0980802279 on June 8, 2009, and to comply with the provision of Article 36 of this Act, the amended Articles are enacted six months after the date of promulgation).
