On January 11, 2012, all 105 articles were approved to be amended and issued by Presidential Huazongyizi No. 10100003021 and implemented by the order of the Executive Yuan Yuantaimizi No. 1010003386 of July 1, 2012.
On June 25, 2012, the powers and responsible parties of “the Executive Yuan’s Financial Supervision and Administration Commission,” mentioned in Paragraph 2, Section 1, Article 52 of the Executive Yuan Taiguizi No. 1010134960 that all related matters shall be under the jurisdiction of the “Financial Supervisory Commission” starting on July 1, 2012. |
