Articles 1, 5~7, 12, 13, 15, 16, 18, 27 and 32 of this Act are amended and promulgated and Articles 3-1, 11-1, 16-1, 18-1 and 32-1 are added by Presidential Order Hua-Tsung (1)-Yi-Tzu No.10300011891 on 29 January 2014, and enacted five months after the date of promulgation. |
