The titles to all 11 articles of these Regulations were amended and promulgated by the ordinance Yuan-Shou-Chu-Hsiao-San-Tzu No. 0990005022A issued by the Executive Yuan on August 17th, 2001 and took effect on January 1st, 2010 (the original title to these Regulations: Regulations for the Custody and Utilization of Revenues and Expenditures of the Operation Fund of Pharmaceutical Plant, National Bureau of Controlled Drugs). The authorities of the “Department of Health, Executive Yuan” and the “Food and Drug Administration, Department of Health, Executive Yuan” listed in Article 2 shall be transferred to the “Ministry of Health and Welfare” and the “Food and Drug Administration, Ministry of Health and Welfare” respectively from July 23rd, 2013, as required by the publication Yuan-Tai-Kuei-Tzu No. 1020141353 made by the Executive Yuan on July 19th, 2013. |
