Amended and promulgated Article 17, 28, 55, 56, 78, 79 and 86, added Article 80-1 of the Act by the Presidential Order No. 10400012401 on February 4, 2015. The amendments shall take effect from the day of promulgation except for Paragraph 1 of Article 28, which shall take effect eight months after promulgation. |
