The Archives Act was promulgated by the President via Hua-Tsung-Yi-Yi No. 8800297480 Decree dated Dec. 15, 1999. There are 30 articles in the Act.
(This Act was effective on January 1, 2002 via the Executive Yuan Tai 90 Mi No. 0638821 Decree dated November 2, 2001.)
