Article 1
This Standard is prescribed in accordance with the provisions of Article 17 of the Act Governing Food Sanitation.

Article 2
This standard applies to bottled and packaged drinking water which is suitable for consumption.

Article 3
The quality of the source water used in the production of packaged drinking water shall meet the requirement of「Quality Standard of Source Water for Drinking Water」.
