Article 1
In addition to following the Statute for Sugar Stabilization Fund in the Taiwan Area (hereunder referred to as the Statute), the enforcement of the Sugar Stabilization Fund in the Taiwan Area (hereunder referred to as the Stabilization Fund) shall comply with the Enforcement Regulations.
Taiwan Area’s granulated sugar, as referred to in the Statute, is limited to the sugar processed from the raw material produced in the Taiwan Area.
