9. The provisions set forth in Articles 4, 9, and 36 of the Narcotics Hazard Prevention Act have been amended pursuant to Ordinance No. 10400013411 issued by the Presidential Office on February 4, 2015 and the amendments shall take effect on the date of promulgation.

10. According to the Presidential Decree Hua-Zong-Yi-Yi-Tzi. No. 10600080031 dated June 14, 2017, Article 36 is amended and published; Articles 2-2 and 31-1 are newly added; and shall take effect from the date of promulgation thereof.
